TomKat Settles Over Suri

Tom Cruise and his soon-to-be ex-wife Katie Holmes reached a releasing a joint statement requesting privacy as they work through the terms of both their divorce and custody agreement of their daughter. The statement seemed to confirm reports that Katie Holmes filed for divorce because she did not agree with Cruise’s religious beliefs and his approach to raising their daughter in the church of Scientology.
