Big Bang Theory Kunal Nayyar In Trouble

Diverse Talent Group filed docs in L.A. County Superior Court last claiming Kunal owes his agency $100,000 in unpaid commissions for getting him the acting gig a bill that goes back to September 2011.

The agency repped Kunal when he got the job in 2007 -- and the actor for some reason had stopped paying last year.
Now, DTG is suing for its money, which it believes exceeds $100k.

Madonna’s show poor sound quality

The A-list after-show party held at her London house came to a premature end after two Westminster officials ordered her to keep the noise down following complaints from her neighbours.
When officers arrived, they could clearly hear music and shouting. In their opinion it was unreasonable on a weekday evening so they served a noise abatement notice on the owner of the house.
Madonna was blasted by fans for the concert, criticising the show for its poor sound quality, awful weather and the Queen of Pop's failure to perform more well known hits.

Demi Moore’s Kids File Restraining Order against Mom

Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Demi Moore's three daughters are believed to be 'considering a restraining order’ against their mother, who continually tries to contact them to stop her from contacting them. Following the breakdown of her marriage to Ashton Kutcher.
Sources say that Demi has been calling them persistently and emailing them, leaving them messages and begging them to call her and the girls are sick of it.'
While it was stressed that this 'drastic measure' is a last resort, it is said that the trio 'just feel like they want some peace and quiet'.
However, according to the law you can’t get a restraining order against your mum when she’s trying to call you.

Justin Bieber Sued for $9 Million

Justin Bieber was hit with a  lawsuit from a concert-going mother who claims that she suffered brutal permanent hearing loss when she was "struck with a sound blast" while attending one of Bieber's concerts.
The woman claims that the incident occurred when Bieber was pulled out over the crowd in a steel heart-shaped gondola and drove the crowd into a "whirl of screams" by pointing at various sections of the arena to make them cheer.
She claims that Bieber's metal gondola served as a "sound conductor" and subsequently created a "sound blast" that permanently damaged both of her ears. The woman alleges that she had no way of anticipating such a loud wave of sound and is accusing Bieber of negligence.
In addition to suing the Canadian pop singer, the woman is also suing Bieber's record label and the owners of the Rose Quarter Arena and its promotion company.

Courtney asked ex- assistant to break the law

Courtney Love's former assistants Jessica LaBrie  is suing Courtney, apparently Courtney had asked her to break the law by hiring a computer hacker and counterfeiting legal documents.
Jessica LaBrie filed a lawsuit claiming Courtney intentionally suspended her salary because Jessica refused .Jessica doesn't state why Courtney wanted a hacker, or what kind of legal documents Courtney asked her to falsify.
Jessica says she worked for Courtney from June 2010 to July 2011,working in excess of 60 hours a week but Courtney only paid her a fraction of her salary.Courtney has failed to pay Jess her fee, And Jessis taking courney on a second round, she's suing Courtney for failure to pay .

Rihanna Gets Money Stress

Rihanna filed a suit in Manhattan federal court saying an IRS audit she is facing is a result of carelessness by the Berdon accounting firm.
The suit alleges that Berdon defrauded her and her company, Tourihanna, out of tens of millions of dollars in lost revenues and profits. The firm did so by thrashing the true state of her finances from her while charging an very expensive commission that was higher than her own income. Rihanna also blames the firm for a $2 million loss she suffered on a Beverly Hills property she bought in 2009. She fired the accountancy company in 2010 and is seeking unspecified damaged from Berdon, Mitnick and another accountant, Peter Gounis.

Kevin Costner Sued

Kevin Costner is being sued by a neighbour.

The actor has wound up Rick Grimm by planting a series of trees and shrubs to protect his privacy in Carpinteria, California, and has allegedly ignored requests to cut down the greenery, according to TMZ.
According to the neighbour, Kevin - who is seeking $150,000 damages for loss of enjoyment and $500,000 for damages to his property value if the trees are not removed - is contractually-bound not to obstruct the views from his property.However, the lawsuit states actor made it clear he would not 'back down' and would 'do everything in his power to secure his privacy'.

Rapper Jay-Z is being sued by a writer who claims his work was illegally used in the star's journal.
Patrick White Jay of lifting portions of his writing and using them as his own in the best-selling Decoded.
White is also including author Dream Hampton and Random House publishing in the lawsuit seeking unspecified damages. White is seeking damages for copyright infringement and invasion of property.

Hilary Duff in a Law Suite

Hilary Duff is getting sued after being accused of smashing her Range Rover into the back of another car in 2010.
According to the lawsuit Hilary was driving around in the California city on December 12, 2010 when she collided with a vehicle driven by Rachel Owens.
Rachel claims she suffered 'great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering' ... and needed multiple doctors and surgeons to treat her unspecified conditions, according to TMZ.

She also thinks her injuries prevented her from going to work The alleged victim is suing the actress and singer - who gave birth to her first child in March - for unspecified damages.

Bruno Mars.. Company refuses to get him out of contract

Mars has filed a lawsuit against Bug Music, Inc. -- claiming the company failed to pick up the option on his contract after he delivered an agreed upon number of songs. Mars's lawyer, Michael J. Niborski of the law firm Pryor Cashman LLP, wrote that Bug initially acknowledged that Mars fulfilled his part of the contract, and that in order for deal to remain in effect, Bug would have to officially extend its option to continue. But after Mars told Bug that he wanted out, Bug shifted gears, and suddenly argued that (Mars) had not, in fact, met the minimum release requirements.

Lindsay Lohan has sued rapper Pitbull

Lilo sued rapper Pitbull over the lyrics of the latest party hit song "Give Me Everything." The song has a line that reads "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan. "Lohan asserts that "the lyrics, …. are destined to do permanent harm to the applicant. "Lohan claims that as "a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild, [she] is suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes," an MSNBC report said.

 The song was released on March 18 this year and is a major hit. The trouble is they used her name without payment in the song, and confused the public about whether or not she was a coworker

Pitbull's representatives have not commented on the matter yet.
