Fergie’s intended shoe endorsement turned over to a dress promo..

 For the Black Eyed Peas star was meant to be promoting her shoes but eyes turned away from it to her out of the ordinary tropical print dress at a Self Magazine party in New York.
All eyes were on the atypical black outfit, which sported spectacular sunset scenes at both the neck and hem.
star went to great lengths to make people take notice of her orange stilettos.
She constantantly turned to the side at one point and bent up her left leg, as she tried to ward off interest away from her outfit.
