Halle Berry Protected from Aggressive Paparazzi
Halle Berry faces the same tragic fate as Princess Diana if she moves to France said Gabriel Aubry's attorney in L.A. court . Halle and Gabriel are mixed up in a court battle over whether Halle should be allowed to move to France with the ex-couple's daughter Nahla. Halle believes the kid will be better protected from aggressive paparazzi in France to the country's strict anti-pap laws.
But Gabriel's attorney argued France is the same country where Princess Diana was killed in a wild paparazzi car chase back in 1997.
Under French laws, paparazzi can't photograph celebrities who don't want their pictures taken even if they're out in public.
Photogs who violate the law can be sued for millions, and if they harass the celebrity they can be criminally prosecuted.
Tom Cruise Should Take a Break
In June Tom and his wife of five years Katie Holmes filed for divorce. Admitting that he was 'deeply saddened' by her choice, the actor seemed to be coping well. Tom Cruise's high-profile marriage to Katie Holmes is officially over, just a month and a half after the couple separated.
A New York judge signed off on the final judgement.
Holmes sensationally lodged the legal papers to end her five-year marriage in June, despite the couple's prior portrayal of themselves as the perfect Hollywood family.
It is not known how the couple's fortune, believed to be worth around $275 million, was divided.
While her own career is substantial, it is dwarfed by A-lister Cruise's huge success at the box office.
It is clear both Cruise and Holmes are already moving on with their lives.
However pictures of Tom from last month have now shown what the strain of the collapse of his marriage has had on him, as he had shed 14lbs.
Speaking to Grazia a source said: 'Tom's friends and family have urged him to take a break, but he has brushed off their concern'.
Angelina Jolie Opening Up Under One Condition
Angelina Jolie is contemplating opening up on camera about her personal life, but the only interviewer she's willing to talk to is no longer on TV.
The actress has reached out to Ann Curry, saying she is the sole person she will consider an interview with - yet the journalist was sacked from the TODAY show last month.
A source told Radar: 'Angelina reached out to Ann Curry after she was fired from her gig on the TODAY show and was very clear, if any news programme from NBC wants an interview with her, or Brad (Pitt), Ann will be the only one to do it.'

Lindsay told police she had nothing to do with any stolen property, but the house owner believes she invited the burglars into the home.

Liberty Ross has allegedly banned husband Rupert Sanders from ever working with the 23-year-old Kristen Stewart again.
his model wife has told him in no uncertain terms that if he wants to save their marriage, he won't sign the contract.
A source told RadarOnline.com: 'They are trying to work things out after he was caught having an affair, and that is one of the sticking points.
'She just doesn’t want him to ever work with Kristen again.
Rupert is obviously disappointed because Snow White and the Huntsman was his directorial debut, and he had hoped on building on that with a follow-up after some decent reviews.
With Kristen playing the movie's lead character, sources have claimed studio bosses will just 'find another director'.
Details of Kristen and Rupert's affair came to light when they were pictured cuddling and kissing late last month.
Kristen immediately issued a public apology to her long-time love, Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson.
She said: 'This momentary indiscretion has jeopardised the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry.'
Meanwhile, Sanders told People magazine: 'I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family. My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together.'
