Miley Cyrus was spotted with several scrapes on her left forearm. In April, Miley had similar marks on her arm causing assumptions that the singer had been harming herself.
Previously Miley responded to the rumors, insisting she does not self-mutilate but she never explained what caused the mystery marks. They have appeared again.
