Matthew Fox's will avoid jail

 Fox was arrested in his home state of Oregon at the start of May after he was spotted swerving on the road while on the way to a fast food restaurant. A prosecution attorney has revealed the charge will disappear altogether if he completes any treatment requested by the courts.
The legal front for the troubled actor after a female bus driver who accused him of punching her in the groin dropped her lawsuit last week.
