Justin Bieber has decided to bring his longer locks back

His hair has literally been his crowning glory since he first hit the charts back in 2009.after taking a walk on the shorter side; Justin Bieber has decided to bring his longer locks back.
Bieber broke hearts in February of last year when he made the decision to get rid of his long locks. A number of good quality came of it, with thousands of dollars raised for charity thanks to an eBay auction of some of the snipped strands.
