Victoria Beckham, has been banned from wearing high heels

After suffering a slipped disc following the birth of daughter Harper Seven in July, Victoria is under doctor's orders to avoid stilettos.
Friends say that the ex-Spice Girl slipped the disc while she was expecting, and it was exacerbated by her cesarean operation.
