The pop diva spent more than $US32,000 ($A30,513.97) in one hour during a trip to London and bought a jewel-encrusted fingernail ring for $US36,000 ($A34,328.22).

Her biggest overdo to date is said to be the exclusive Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport car that she bought for husband Jay-Z for his 41st birthday at a cost of $US2 million ($A1.91 million).

OK Magazine names her as number one but Oprah Winfrey is a close second.
